    Your next project should be learning traditional building of a hams and bacon curing room and the use there of for that first pig. A Smoker Room

    Treeman, I already am the owner of a great smoker, I already did some smoking with it , using warthog and it tasted very good.
    Here is a photo of a copy of my smoker, I do not think there is a more functional smoker than this type of drum smokers...at least not that I know of..it keeps the temperature constant through out the whole smoking process..it really is great to use...I still have a warthog ham I need to smoke from the lats 1880 era black powder hunt, courtesy of Willie Barnard and hunters...
