    I accidentally dropped my Nitecore P25 almost two years ago and ended up dropkicking it down a tiled passage into a wall. It also wouldn't switch on, so I opened it and took the battery out, when I reinserted it the torch came back on.

    Don't know if you've tried something similar, but maybe you get lucky. That torch is still running today without any other issues.

    The service from Nitecore I received was always out of this world!!

    Won one in a competition of sorts and it work happily for a year or two. Then my todler at the stage got hold of it and no more torch.

    I took it back, hoping for a repair but no, replacement. I tried really hard to pay for the new unit but it was refused point blank!

    I have always experienced great service from Nitecore. Currently have a MT1C that I edc and its worked great thus far.
