Blackpowder competency in KZN?

Hi guys do all police stations have an explosives department? And how long does it take to get the competency? Thanks in advance for any and all info. Cheers.

21 not every station has got one in your case the Explosives Unit. You will have to find out in who's area you resided for service.

in PMB is situated at 174 Mayors Walk in PMB Tel 033-355 3800 speak to Colonel R.J Botha.
In Durban it is situated at 4 Balance Road Stanfordhill, Durban Tel 031-3121490 speak to Colonel C.D Du Randt

In 2012 I waited about 60 days for my BP permit
