I was just thinking the same thing yesterday.
Is there any dealers keeping this extractor?

I would also like one. I was able to get, but brownells didn't have stock and everyone else i tried wouldn't supply me because i am outside the USA. Valquartsen wouldn't help either.

I mentioned this problem to the dealer where i bought the rifle and he came back to me saying the S&W agent has never heard of this problem, which i found strange, but anyway.

A while back, during my 10 month CFR saga, I bought a couple of upgraded extractors off Tacticool22. No mess, no fuss. It's not Volquartsen but the geometry looks near identical as far as I can tell.

And the result? Have you run it since receiving your 15-22? If so, any issues?

Had extraction problems with my 15-22 sport 2 with fiocchi ammo, I brought a volquartsen extractor in from brownells.

Fired about a hundred rounds with the new extractor and the same ammo with not a single issue

Been in for about 365 rounds now, and no issues on Eley Force or Sport, and even 555, as yet. Had some issues on the factory extractor with Eley Subs and some 555.
