Another knife completed , had some time to do forging work.Still need to polish handle with bees-wax..

Thank you Assasin , it is much appreciated,,takes a while to get it to the last stage , still need to buff the handle with bees-wax I like the process where steel is heated in a hot burning fire and attacked with a hammer , forcing the piece of steel into submission, until it looks like a knife bade...some times the results are good , some times not so good..still the process is quite enjoyable...ThE6gDj.jpglZa8XsE.jpglZa8XsE.jpg3VziJxi.jpge2zMm6B.jpglzJArhn.jpg

Spiceman, I have two methods/techniques I use to make an axe..I forge a ball-peen hammer into an axe...the other technique is to fold soft mild steel around a piece of leaf spring steel..
