We have both telescopes in stock the NIGHTFORCE BEAST AND VORTEX RAZOR.

Which one do you guys think is the better telescope

I use the Vortex Viper binoculars. They're out of this world.
I would hazard a guess that their telescopes are just as out of this world, given the quality of their glass.

the Razor HD2 is a fantastic scope.....more over, its street price ($2500) in the US is 65% of the BEAST ($3800).
no wonder it's the most popular scope at the 2015 PRS finals in the top 15, 50 and 100 shooters.
ie. the most popular scope in the top15-50. this is interesting, as these are the "amateur" shooters that are competitive and pay for their own rifles/scopes.

a more direct comparison, perhaps is the RAZOR HD2 vs the ATACR F1 ($2800, 2nd most popular scope in PRS).
however, the prices in SA are some what skewed...HD2 R60K, ATACR F1 R50K, BEAST R68K (EOA excluding Vortex special).

as far as function goes, all 3 will do the job and one is not going to miss a target because was using the one scope and not the other.
the rest is down to personal preference re reticles options, turrets designs, excellent glass vs amazing glass, weight playing a part....etc
