    A friend of mine had one but being a bit tall found that only half the butt plate would rest on his shoulder so he asked me to make him a more suitabe stock with a monty calro so it would fit better from this bank

    New toy arrived today! Howa Alpine Mountain Rifle in .308.
    5.7lbs bare.


    Borrowing the Nikon Monarch off my .223 to start with, awesome as the qd rings swapped straight over.
    In two minds whether to leave this on here and get a varmint type scope for the .223 or get a dedicated lightweight scope for this.
