I haven't heard of them....do I search for Elcan Optics? Or do they have a relevant local branch like Elcan Optics South Africa or just Elcan Optics Africa?

It is one of the 3 scopes approved for SANDF Combat rifle competition. The other being Trijicon ACOG and Lynx
