Not assaulted but killed.

I also heard that he was a leader of sorts, hence the outrage.

The CpF member was killed. He was an active community member who rushed to assist. It was his birthday the day he passed away

From what I understand it was a home invasion to which the community member responded to. He may not have been a cpf member, we have a 2 way radio "mic" operating trougout lenasia and he was apart of that.

anybody else notice the criminals firearms... px storm and glock. Are these not saps and metro issue weapons these days?

seems the better armed the police get, the better quality weapons we as citizens will be facing.

seems the better armed the police get, the better quality weapons we as citizens will be facing.

They are also common with civilian gun owners.

this is a community fed up of living in terror and fear for who will be the next victim of a robbery, an assault or loss of a family member. If the govt and SAPS dont do something soon the next incident will get worse

agreed however stats show where the majority of "lost" firearms come from, and unfortunately it is state entities.
