One thing i dislike about the Scout is that it is crazy loud without ear pro, ears are still ringing.
Ive ordered a Muzzle Brake Suppressor combo from Numenor that i will collect tomorrow.
Hope it makes a huge difference.

On this I'm looking at a 2-7 x32mm scope on my 7x57 and was wondering if I am going to struggle with 200m to 250m (max) range - judging by your comment not. Would you have chosen a larger magnification if you had the choice again?

    Thanks!

On a different rifle yes but for the scout rifle application no.

My Scout excelled at hunting warthogs as it is light and short making it very maneuverable and made target acquisition very quick and natural to pick them off while running at full speed.
Remember the scout was designed to hit a man sized target at 450yards.

For your rifle that scope should be fine.

Thanks for the feedback! I didn't know that about your rifle, interesting.

Picked up my Brake/Suppressor combo from Numenor this morning.
Will test it out this weekend.
