The older mini 14 rifles with the pencil barrel are notorious for being inaccurate at longer distances.
If you intend to shoot "mid to long range" - research this.
You might still be able to buy a old mini 14 for a good price and then get a new profile barrel installed - chat to a gunsmith.
An Accu-strut can help improve accuracy as well.

Ime in Randburg, i went to go look at the stag's. ill rather save up a month or 2 extra and grab one of them. thanks all!

I was at Spartan Arms today. They just received a huge shipment of Stag Arms .223 AR 15s. Apparently R15k.
