Before or after they have been fired?

    Preferably before.

If after.... Well I'd be keen on that too!

Definitely warmer than average 223, about 150fps more than pmp 223 when fired from a LM4 and virtually indentical to other 5.56 surplus I have chrony'd, nice cases that I have reloaded a few times too.

In line with Indian millsurp where the primers explode debris into your firing pin hole leaving you with a useless gun???
    😳

The Indian surplus ammo was/is junk, we don't touch it, this is high grade ammo from Singapore with more than 110k fired by clients without issue, consistent, accurate and reliable in all our range firearms too, it burns cleaner and we are spending less time with range gun maintenance. 5.56 ammo will always be warmer than 223, one of the reasons is to ensure reliable functioning in dirty Military rifles. This ammo has quite a cult following already :-)

    Good news.

And what about 7.62x51 tracers or cheap ammo?

Fired from my Colt. Did not chrony these.
Seeing slight ejector markings but functioned flawlessly.
