Treeman, the only other 22 bolts i shot a lot with are my brother's CZ Deluxe and a buddy's Norinco. The CZ is nicer than Ruger and has a superior trigger. The Norinco is pretty bad.

I just love my American in .270Win, so it was logical to get the American Rimfire .22lr. I have 3 std 10 rd mags and have not had any dramas. I got used to the trigger on the .270 so the .22 was no big deal. Only regret is not putting more scope on. I only fitted a Lynx 2-7 magnification. I think the rifle is pretty decent and I have been very happy with mine so far. I clean my guns after every range session so never encountered rust before.

There is a guy here in PE that works the Ruger All American trigger, it is truelly the best trigger I now have - easly over my Thors and Timmneys. Dunno what he does but it is just awesome.
