    Hi
I am going to join SADPA in the new year and will be looking at the Ermelo club as home base. Are there any members from Ermelo here?
I see the classifier is on the 17th and the next one is only in June.
My license was approved but I don't think I will have my baby in my possession before the classifier. Will I be able to borrow someone weapon for the shoot?

If you are legally in possession of it (I assume you work in the security industry and you are issued with a pistol), then yes, you may compete with it. If you go to the SADPA website you will find contact details for the club chairman under "Clubs" also have a look at the calendar on the website. Go to the next club shoot as a spectator and meet some of the members. You will get all the info you want, and have a much better understanding of what they do. You will be hooked, trust me.

Just joking, obviously I am not informed but curious!

IPSC, in Windhoek at least, is sometimes a bit more energetic. We don't give a fart about cover since most of us are to big to fit behind anything anyway! So we just stand in the open, shoot away, then run our butts off to sight up with the next target and do the same all over!
But if you are to big to fit behind the cover how can you run your butt of to the next target seem bit odd
