Default OK... so... news from the North Gauteng High Court.

Dealers' application has been postponed for consideration of potential consolidation with the SA Hunters matter next year.

That means GOSA has to activate 'Plan B' (general rule of thumb... ALWAYS have a Plan B).

We... firearm owners... MUST have resolution to this issue, and we must have resolution as soon as possible. Waiting until sometime next year is just not an option for hundreds of thousands of firearm owners who have been placed in technically illegal possession of their own property, neither is it a viable option for almost every gunshop who has taken in expired-licence firearms on faith and to try to assist the public and the SAPS.

GOSA, through their lawyers at the Foundation for the Defence of Democracy, will be announcing a legal remedy to this situation imminently. Please keep the funds flowing. NOW, more than before, we REALLY need them!

Thanks and well done to the team for all the effort they've put into this.
I did a payment early this morning to help out a bit.
Tell me one thing, why did the paypal payment system use dollars instead of rands??

I thought PayPal always uses Dollars? They don't offer a Rand option as far as I know.

Thank you GOSA, you guys rock as always!

    I'll support where I can.

Fair enough, pretty much what I said on the book of faces too. I know it was a long weekend for you folks, just wondered if anything was likely set for this week 😉

Ha no, its a bit of a "longer" plan, but shorter hopefully than April, or alternatively JIT for April.

Technical detail will be kept close to our chests, going forward.
