    Default ESEE knife for EDC

I got gifted this ESEE Avispa. I have no experience or knowledge of this brand.

I'm not a youtube review fan.

Comments of actual experience with ESEE knives and possibly this model for EDC will be appreciated

I own the Zancudo with black finish on the blade.

It has held its edge well, although the black finish chips quite easily.

It will fill the role of an edc knife nicely.

Would say it is the same quality, steel as the $25 to 40$ kershaw type of knives

These are not made in the same factory as the Esee fixed blade range of knives

As pdh said, the folders are made in a different factory to the FB, thus QC is different. The folders in my experience are about on par with CRKT or Kershaw.

The ESEE fixed blades however are extremely nice.

    Stay Bladed.

Mr_M - I have carried and used it for a while now and comparing it to CRKT and Kershaw is fair in respect of holding an edge (out of however scalpel sharp). It may be too big to EDC for some guys but it is not too heavy.
