Hallo everyone

I'm Rods from Cape Town. My house was recently hit by a crowbar gang. Three other houses were also hit during last week. Owner was asleep in one of the incidents, which saw him being brutally attacked. I'm obliged to acquire a firearm for self-defence. I have a .22, 9mm glock or pump action in mind. Any advise is welcome as I'm still a novice.

please do yourself a favour and devote lots of time to reading info on this forum regarding firearms for self defence,Every day carry ect. There are people here with a wealth of knowledge on the subject.
Before even thinking of purchasing a fire arm,determine your needs and ask.This could save you at best,your life or at least from making a costly mistake.

The 3 fire arms you mentioned have completely different useages and applications.

Leave the .22 for plinking and get an descent 9mm and training asap .
