    I'm sorry but can't see distance from target anywhere. Or is it the standard 7 yards?

    It's in the yellow highlighted bit

    All strings begin from holster with hands relaxed at sides; target is standard USPSA Metric @ 10 yards with 30” edge to edge.

    On Stage 7, does "3 tgts. 2 rds.each with 180 pivot", mean starting with back to targets?

    Yes it does. There was also a video of the guy shooting the course posted on GS.
