    Yes you must have it so that there is no reason for them to refuse sec 21 .I submitted copy of my orginal application 03-07-09 ,DSS Certificate ,logs from NGPSA ,calender from NGPSA , motivation was to shoot upcoming shoots as per calender and they took finger prints again just in case someone would want them.

    how long does it take to get Sec 21 (for you at least)

    It took 1 month but I know it lay at the police station for 2 weeks before it moved .
