    Could you be charged? Yes, technically.

    Would you be charged? Not necessarily. That's up to the prosecutor.

    If you're sitting in your car somewhere and your wife frantically calls to say there are intruders in the house, are you going to refuse to tell her what the combination to your safe is and leave her to the mercy of the home invaders? That's for each man to decide.

    Many SAPS members and DFOs even will tell you hollow point ammo is illegal too. Doesn't make it gray?
