Excellent service
I had the old design charging handle for my Smith & Wesson 15-22. During a DMG match 2 weeks ago one of the pins got lost on the range. I emailed Craig to see if they could help me. Craig got me sorted with the new improved charging handle with in a few days. I even got updated via email on all the courier movement of the new charging handle!
Thanks for the great service Craig.
Don't hesitate to use these guys when you need something, service and after service are of high quality.

I can second the service from Craig and TQM. Bought some items online, one item was short delivered (value only R80) but Craig had it couriered to me within 2 days at his expense.
The courier charges would have definitely been more than the value.
There is a note on the packaging to double check contents before signing, but nonetheless, Craig still sorted me out ASAP with no questions.
Cheers Craig...that kind of service guarantees future purchases!
