    Maybe that extremely hot batch of S365? Lot 71 I think it was. The time frame fits if I remember correctly (around 2014/2015).

    I chrono'd 43gr S365 (lot 80) with 95gr Nosler Ballistic Tips earlier this week at around 3025fps.

    We have seen this in a few rifles over here, the culprit was a bad batch of Winchester primers that were rupturing.

    That ring around the firing pin hold is from the gas cutting the bolt face when rupturing, effectively the ejector has been welded into position.
    You will have to take it to a gunsmith to sort.
