    Should be part of the routine i think....

    Problem being addressed if you at a comp or IPSC type shoot and having to pull others weight, must just address it after the 1st round and explain why the help is needed. Should be simple, address it right there in the squad.

    The guys not helping know exactly what its for. They just choose not to because its someone else's problem.

    I have a buddy who usually starts a loud conversation about how strange it is that so many people with a severe white paint/patch glue allergy can end up in one squad. Tends to solve the problem.

    You guys are much more subtle than I am. I stand and yell "patch and pick up, all of you" while looking at them.

    You sometimes get some rude looks or comments but stuffem.

    But generally our ROs are on it.
