    Default Self defence courses

    Hello All,

My my, I am full of questions this week...

Been thinking of getting the ladies in my life (that's the girlfriend and mom, to all of you who thought otherwise ;)) to do a self defence course. I'd be a bit more comfy if I know that they know how to plant those kicks to the groin and ninja punches to the jugular in order to get the BG down should the primers hit the fan...

Of course, in the ideal(??) world, the ladies would be black belt, tai-kwon-do martial artists, but not having that luxury, I'd settle for getting them to go for a good and proper 1 or 2 day course that will give them some basics. Heck, I can even join them...

Any recommendations on a place/course like this in the Pta/Jhb area? Willing to travel, have car.

    Thanks,
    Om.

    I support your thoughts.

    SD is a continuous thing.
I would encourage you to take this serious and motivate the ladies(yourself) to keep it up on at least once a weekly basis once you feel you guys have mastered the basics.

come guys lets give this gent some directions for his area.

Swatty? Do you know someone in that area?

Cape Town might be a bit far to travel for SD classes ;D

All jokes aside it's best to contact Amok!'s Chief Instructor cause he has the list of all our trainers country wide and can put you in contact with the one nearest you.

    PM me for his number.

Yeah, try the Amok way or look PM a guy on the forum called 'SWATG'.

Prone to random kindness, lecherous behaviour, imitating D-cups at speed and an outstanding sense of humour. If you don't agree, well fuck you.

My apologies, I was only informed tonight that the site is due for an upgrade and so all is not working well on it at the moment :-\

The international site is the one to check out, otherwise PM me and I'll give you whatever info you need.
