Re: Shotgun - Weapon mounted lights on forend
The magpul furniture set me back a bit so I was looking for a solid budget light option.
Tactical Quartermaster had stock of a Surefire G2X-C and a simple rail mount and Hailstorm had stock of a magpul scout mount. I will play around with that and see what works. It will be my first Surefire so I hope they aren't as addictive as people say.
Just need to pop an order to SSO next week for the fibre front and I'm done. For now.
I'll post some before and after pics after everything is done.

Re: Shotgun - Weapon mounted lights on forend
FWIW I trust my Surefires more than any other light I own.

Re: Shotgun - Weapon mounted lights on forend
There are only 2 brands I would trust on a shotty; Elzetta and Malkoff. For anything else, Surefire Scout or X series.
