Yet hollow points are no more lethal and in fact may be less likely to cause a lethal wound than FMJ's.
But let's not let reality blur his "advice"

Is it wrong to say that the assumption of only being allowed to use fmj comes from military NATO standards?

I put it to you that maybe the "lawyer" got hold of the Hague Convention, in which case hollow points are seriously illegal...😋
