The rule about not attending the Prize giving ceremony has been that since the start. It is your choice to not attend and forteify possible prizes.

@davidc: i honestly would drive back if im a really good shooter and know I was tearing it up. Also if everyone gets a prize why not com back? (i heard almost everyone gets something).

I personally would not drive for 4 hours to potentially win a box of bullets, buts that's just me.

i think if you are good enough and in contention for top 3 if would be worth the drive for a firearm? Again if you are in contention. But yeah a lot of extra driving is not fun.

not really. Im pretty sure the top shooters in general know. How they stack up against the competition.
