Default ADP MKII broken piston - looking for replacement part

    Hi everyone

I recently became the owner of an ADP MKII pistol which is in need of a little maintenance.

The piston seems to be broken and I would like to find out how/where I could find a replacement part. Is this something that can be easily machined, or is it better to rather find a factory spare part?

    This is the broken part:

I believe that Truvelo manufactured the ADP at one stage, though I might be wrong. Maybe they will still have some spares available?

I does look easy to make on a lathe though, I'm sure a piece of drill rod will make a cheap and acceptable replacement.

Have just spoken to Alex du Plessis and have found a supplier for a new piston. Phone Ken on 012 347 4917/8 who has stock.

Awesome! I was actually trying to get Alex's number but have had no luck thus far. Will give Ken a ring. Thanks a lot!

    EDIT:
Is that number not perhaps 012 347 1917? This would be the number for ARMS in Waterkloof Ridge, which would make sense...

I think you are right, I wrote the number down without my glasses on and then wasn't sure what I had written.
