If you are so cock sure (and you being a dealer who should know better)) put your money where your mouth is. Take 2000 round for a FA for which you do not hold a S16 licence, say your S13 FA and walk into a DFO office / Police station and show them the ammo then tell them that even if you only have a S13 licence they cannot charge you because you have DS for one of you other firearms of different caliber.
I can guarantee you that 10 DFO's /Charge officers will have 10 different views. If you are charged and have to defend yourself in court it cost more money / time / emotional discomfort than its worth even if you are successful. At the moment everyone involved in the whole FA debate has there own view.(yes, including me) but I am now talking about SAPS officials and legal experts. One does not have to look far for proof of this. Look how long SA Hunter have been involved in court as well as the other two parties.
Hence my advice to tread lightly and keep a low profile.
So yeah, feel free to put this to the test.
Dude, it is guys like you that give rights away rather than fight for them. Here is another "opinion", stop acting like a dick. Also, be careful of those JHP rounds, they are illegal....mos.

Idiot!, and I'm being polite here, besides the fact that Paul Is a dealer and the owner of Tac Shac, he also is the head of GOSA!
    Know what GOSA is?
    Doesn't seem like it!
In before claims of Paul trying to drum ul business for GOSA.

    Answer the question!

Which "institutes" are you referring to?

YOU stepped into this non-issue with a spurious and ill-considered claim. It is up to you to put up, or shut up!

Actually, as a dealer, as an advanced instructor, and as someone who is considered by both SAPS and Parliament as a subject matter expert on this, I DO know better. Furthermore I have the express backing of every serious specialist legal expert on the matter.

Stop casting infantile aspersions (you are old enough to know better) and back your claims. Your baseless bluster about DFOs and any other members of SAPS have absolutely no bearing.

An opinion is like an arsehole. Everyone has one :-)
