I didnt overdo it?
Hey peeps
Knob warning ahead....
I bought a - connector the other day and attempted my first 25 cent job to it
I used 5 or so earbuds, i was shocked at how much the connector changed in colour and all the black residue remaining in the earbuds.
I didn't overdo it right?
I uploaded the stock colour at the back of the connector for reference

Nope. There's still some polishing left to do :-)

Re: I didnt overdo it?
You can't overdo it with a ear bud. If you where using a dremel to polish the connector then you could but keep polishing bud!

What also works really well is friction....
A few 1000 rounds shot out on a few drills gives it a great polish and you can save the ear buds for cleaning
