PCC
I couldn't find the thread about PCC so I guess I'll just start a new one.
I saw the new rules came out a few weeks ago. I'm glad they did away with the barrel length restriction, that will make it a lot more accessible and carbine conversion friendly. Unfortunately extended mags are excluded, so presumably carbine conversion guys will have to use their pistol's flush mags, which won't be anywhere near the 30 round division capacity.
What do you guys think? Looks like it's going to be a lot of fun, but maybe not very challenging in a typical handgun COF.

Re: PCC
Is a larger magazine a magazine extension?
I mean my G18 magazine holds 30 rounds...
I get not all PCCs are Glocks but you know.

Re: PCC
The barrel length restriction for the type of gun was obtuse.
This is a good move for the guns that quite a few shooters in SA would want to shoot in this division.

Re: PCC
I've been thinking about a 12" 9mmP AR-based platform for handgun and occasional DMGing. 12" so that it matches my .223 barrel so that I can just pick up and shoot

Re: PCC
Ah I thought it meant "magazines which have been extended" like the Tarran or Arredondos, not specifically longer mags, i mean why would an MP5 be allowed 30 rounds but a Roni not? The same rule bans other " impractical" mags like drums.
Now what about Kriss Vectors which use Glock mags with extensions as OEM mags?
The rules still need polish.

Re: PCC
Hi All
Read the rules, maybe I'm slow, but couldn't see if it says one can or cant compete with a Roni/handgun platform in PCC ?
Any one got clarity on above ?
