Still getting stovepipes, so did what should be one of the first mods, and drilled the receiver for cleaning rod access, then gave the chamber a damn good scrubbing. I'll play with it a bit this week to check the difference, otherwise it is new bolt time. I suspect that it is new bolt time anyway, as I was bored the other night and roughed out some steel to the right dimensions...
