Bore camera
Hi Guys,
What's your experience with these cameras?

Worth the spend or 'not really'?
Shot.

Re: Bore camera
Rubbish. I fitted it now to my press to check powder levels. They do not focus enough to see anything

Re: Bore camera
Mine was R340, and I have gotten my full value from it, sure ! - if I had paid 2000 for it I would be very disappointed, but not for what i paid and use it.
It is a bit of a battle item in regard to focus and lighting, but its good enough for me to see deposits, pitting and such. I lie my rifle on table put a torch in front of barrel put towel over both items ( keeps light out your eyes). Put scope down barrel and then move torch till correct light enters barrel from there its easy to work and take photos from lap top.

Re: Bore camera
Cheers guys- shot Treeman!
Yeah, I was figuring along the 'get what you pay for' line.
I'm not denting it, if it works- cool, but appreciate that there will be limitations.
Here's one...I was actually also wondering about using it for drain inspections? I've got tree root problems...wondering if an inspection on a quarterly basis was worth it...
Shot.

Re: Bore camera
I got the peregrine camera at Huntex and love it. Like Treeman said for what you pay it is worth every cent.

Re: Bore camera
I've toyed with the idea of one of these. Has anyone tried the '5.5mm' scope in a .22 barrel? Wondering if it'll fit.
