Which act states how much propellant one may have and restricts you to buy certain propellant for a specific calibre

The Explosives Act of 2003, iirc, states how much propellant you may possess.
Never heard about any restrictions of which propellant you may buy for any calibre.

It boils down to 2.4kg of gunpowder per property/house. Skaaphaas explained it quite well some time ago.

The act that s&o referred to in my email to them was repealed in 2003.
they live on act 26 of 1956
