Puma White Hunter
Hi,
A friend has one that's in pretty poor shape. I've managed to get a good edge on the bad with my Lanky, as well as the "chopping" edge on the back.I now want to polish the sides of the blade, as it's badly scuffed.
Any suggestions as to how I could do that?

Re: Puma White Hunter
As far as I know the top edge is for scraping. It is on mine. A chopping edge would be forward on the blade,a chopping edge so far back would not be effective. I use the top edge for my ferro rod.

Re: Puma White Hunter
A close-up photo of the damage, please? And how far do you want to take the polishing - just some tlc or a full mirror finish? Lastly: standard procedure is to keep the edge for last to reduce the risk of cutting yourself.
