Ownership vs License of a Firearm
Perhaps someone could clarify or confirm the following;
When married in 'community of property', do firearms licensed to either party form part of the joint assets or estate?
I would assume so as 'ownership' and 'license to posses' have previously been separated in discussions here, but I am no legal or other expert and would appreciate any insight.
Thanks,
Jof

Re: Ownership vs License of a Firearm
They are assets like any other and would ordinarily fall within the joint estate, with some exceptions.
The licence merely permits possession and does not impact upon ownership.Cattle die, kindred die, every man is mortal:
But I know one thing that never dies,
the glory of the great dead.
