Default How to fix an eye flinch?

First off, I'm not flinching per definition. I close my eye just after the trigger is pulled. If I concentrate, I don't blink immediately after the shot, but shortly before or after the next shot. I shoot ipsc, and I only figured this out properly now.

How do I work on this? The "blink" doesn't feel like I'm scared off the shot or sound, but I constantly feel the need to blink, and while transitioning from targets while stationary especially. When practicing, dry firing and live, I manage to control the urge to blink, but as soon as I lose focus on this due to something else that needs to be processed, I blink again. Damn this sounds stupid...

Anyone out there with an idea of how to solve this problem?

Do some mags dumps into the back stop

No Target, no watching where the bullets go.

Focus on trying to watch the sights move through their arc.

Hi Terrick. Thanks for answering. Can you explain "move through their arc"?

So watch them from ignition, as the front sight lifts out the notch through its movement back to where we began.
