Re: shooting a snubby sucks
I shot my first revolver the day before yesterday. A Rossi 38 Spl.
I reloaded 158gr loads from 3.9gr -4.4gr and I personally liked the 3.9gr and 4.2 gr cast round nose loads, but will mainly load 3.9gr. The recoil was not that bad at all and I hit everything I aimed for at 5m from steel plates to paper. Also shot 148gr cast hollow points from 3gr - 3.8gr. I like the 3.8gr on them, but the 3-3.5gr was very pleasant with very little recoil
At the end of the day it comes down to training and range time I guess.
