This rifle was intended for the US market to circumvent tax stamp requirements! A supressed SBR in the US would usually require 2 x $200 tax stamps, one for the Short length and one for the suppressor. Tax stamps take one year to obtain! If you permanently attach the suppressor to the barrel it is no longer a short barrel rifle. Now you only need one tax stamp for the suppressor.
At least that is how I understand it!
Personally I wouldn't want a permanently attached suppressor unless it is to save $200 and a lot of admin!

I'm not overly fussed about permanently attached. But I would like a DD in .300 blk and a short overall length with suppressor on.
I was also curious if that long can worked better than an add on
