I know this thread talks of lining the outside... But beware of lining the inside with suede. Oil from the gun, combined with a bit of dust makes a lovely sandpaper for the finish of your gun

Folks,
What options are available for lining the outside? Not consuming as much cement as I used to so need to compensate with a little more comfort.

What about using genuine shoe leather suede stuck to the outside of the kydex with contact adhesive?
It's nice and soft and not too thick
