Re: Which rifle Safe ?
And buy 2 tins of white spray paint to paint the inside of the safe.
It it makes a huge difference, paint before install.

Re: Which rifle Safe ?
I lined mine with these Nylon block mats you buy at game. So the wood rifle stocks dont get dings.
Ans small chinese LED on top with 9v battery.

Re: Which rifle Safe ?
I would say a min rifle safe with the equation of 50% fill firearms and a 50% for ammo, primers and powder...

Re: Which rifle Safe ?
I currently have 3 safes. or 3.5 safes
One large safe with smaller one on top with separate door which files go in.
I removed the shelves on one side. To be able to fit more rifles in it.
Instead of having the shelves. Can fit 10 rifles 5 per side.
Then have another smaller one in other room which only takes my 22lr Rifles and 1 22h rifle.
I dont mix rimfire and center fire. lol.
And then another one in garage for powder, primers and ammo.

Re: Which rifle Safe ?
This!
Im on the hunt for another larger safe, because when my current apps are in there will not be enough space for the new blasters.
For or me the biggest miscalculation is on the amount of space you need for ammo, especially as a sport shooter it tends to take up quite a bit of space. In the end I've installed a few extra smaller safes to store ammo and primers, and another to store my powder and bullets for reloading... Yet I'm going to need to make another plan for ammo, as my new guns are licensed and new calibers are added to the mix.
