Revolves jam, they hold very little ammo and are a bitch to reload. Look at a semi auto pistol for self defense.

You need to do your competency training for law and the unit standard.

Search the forum and you'll find plenty of useful info for what you need to know.

Pretty sure though youve been reading the wrong places about how reliable Revolver's are. Or who ever told you this is just trying to get rid of theirs.

Pistols are by far more concealable as well.
And way easier to maintain.

Also if you were thinking of a snubbie.
They are incredibly difficult to shoot even close to accurate. Due to their short barrels. I almost want to say a person shooting poorly with a pistol. Will have a nicer looking target then a guy with a snubbie shooting very well.
