If the 320 saga gets a meek "voluntary recall", what's wrong with these rifles to warrant an actual recall... "results may include a small mushroom cloud" ?

Seems like SIG management have made some serious mistakes to product dev and testing.

The trigger/hammer components are probably outsourced with a faulty batch from the outsourced partner making their way into a batch of Sig rifles.
My guess is the bad heat treatment has made the hammer brittle - a broken hammer in the middle of a gunfight would ruin your day.
