Re: Hayfever
I have massive problems with this all year around, but particularly badly this time of year. I suggest you try Beclate Nasal Spray - works like a charm. I got my life back from large amounts of anti-histamine leaving me sleepy the whole time after starting to use it. I very seldomly have to take any tablets anymore.
Regards
Werner

Re: Hayfever
I use a product from Dischem called Pegasus Hayfever 6c. Works like a bomb! It has no side effects and works within 5-10min.

Re: Hayfever
I suffer mostly with my eyes, gets so bad I go to a room with curtains closed and try sleep it off. I'm a miserable sod most days if it's real bad. Got the 180 yesterday and had one last night. Let's see how it goes. Thanks to all.

Re: Hayfever
This is unhealthy advice but it really works: snuff!
A good tobacconist should be able to get McCrystals. End of clogged sinuses.

Re: Hayfever
Sinus rinsing for me. Minimum twice a day and Texa10 for the really bad days
