Which Semi for IPSC

So not as to hijack the other thread. What is a good bang for buck semi to get for IPSC. Similiar to Shadow for production. Say in the 10k range?

Also not to sure on divisions but not looking at the pump division.

The only bang for your buck gun is the ones over R20k

Benelli or Beretta

The nice thing about them is you dont have to buy magazines, sights, scopes etc etc like a normal gun so you 'save' money there

With semi auto you buy once

Imo the Benelli M2SP is the best buy package for IPSC currently.

I own both. The Benelli has all that the Beretta offers but in addition to what the Beretta offers you get 3 x extended choke tubes, an extended mag tube and a flip up rear sight for slug shooting, all included in the price - that is roughly a R5k value.

If you buy a cheapie you will sell it at a loss and buy the Benelli or Beretta you should've bought in the first place.

Even if expensive now. Over 3-5 years you will think todays prices were cheap.
As long as you look after your firearms. And you have popular brand.
Even in couple years you will still get most your money back if not more if prices go up alot.
