By this, do you mean testimonials? If so, some DFOs may accept written, (signed and sworn) affidavit-type letters from friends and family attesting to the applicant's fitness to possess, some DFOs may require the person to attend an interview for that purpose.

Yes he is a very nice guy had a good chat, the lady helped me with the paperwork as he was busy helping another client at the time but all and all very happy with the service. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long

Put in some range time today and it was awesome to blow off some steam! Put 100 rounds through the G19 gen4 I purchased and damn it feels good with no issues.

My DFO required 3 character testimonials with their full names, ID's and contract details. He phoned two of them while I was there (when I went off to pay) and had a very brief, conversation with each of them. Probably less than 2 min per person.

Got my referance number later that morning... now the wait starts. He said 3 months, but I am hoping it's a hell of a lot shorter.
