New systems/application process seems to be stuck

So I chatted to my DFO and she said that apparently CFR now has a new system in place and my new license application has been sitting in processing from the 7th Sep. I handed it into my local DFO on the 11th August and it then reached CFR on the 16th August but then seems like it hasn't moved an inch since then. The status on the system is "still in processing"

My last license application took exactly 91 working days, I was busy getting my paperwork ready for Clark Attorneys, then all of a sudden I got the approval message.
The application was in consideration for three months.

Sounds normal to me. Last week they approved a licence for me that i applied for on 26 june.

Your app. was handed in 2 months ago.Relax,sometimes you are lucky but ja, up to 90 working days is the so called alloted time.

I kave another app. in process at CFR that i handed in on 25 july.

Not easy but don't stress.

lol, thanks guys. I guess i'm just venting a bit.

It is a long process though. my concern is that it's not even yet in consideration.

My competency app took two months.

I'm sort of in the same boat my application was handed in on the 10th August received a sms on the 11th saying receiving attention at the DFO and that was the last sms. I did call last week and they told me it is in consideration. was received at CFR at the beginning of September.

Well. I handed in one last week Wednesday.
Unfortunately Im in Westen Cape.

And the truck that goes from Western Cape to CFR is leaving this weekend the 6th of October.

Im pretty sure it wont be on it.
So that means its only going to CFR first weekend November.

So im in for 3 months at least

I spoke to someone at Provincial last week and was told the truck is leaving on Monday 2 October (yesterday)

Weird. Not sure what to believe anymore...

If it did leave yesterday. My luck is out any case. So my app will have to wait a month before it even gets in the process cue at CFR.

Oh well reckon it will hopefully be a Christmas present to myself.
