Looking for a Remington 870 18" - 2 shot magazine extension kit

I'm looking for a Remington 870 18", 2 shot OEM mag extension, not having much luck. I'm not wanting to fit a Tacstar kit, must be a Remington part, anyone know where I can obtain such a kit. The agents (Formalito) used to bring them in from time to time... I haven't seen any around for ages now.
