    Default Some things have not changed... 21 years later

    Hi all!

    Not sure where to post this...

    Had a look through Youtube... Came across this:




    Things have not changed at all... Since social media we are more aware of such crimes. Just sad that in the mentioned video, promises were made and still 21 years later nothing has been done! Just a sad sad thing to see...

    As an aside it's the first time I've seen a BPV with that type of marking.
