Did a section 15 application, approved on 7 February 2018, took just over a month but still waiting for the card to be printed.

I have applied for a Sig P320 for Section 15, not a subcompact though.
Just waiting on approval status.

Not sure how technical you want to get, but you might want to add in bits about participation in NHSA Box gun and Mini-box gun activities...? (check out mm dimensions applicable to each)

Thanks for the pointers guys, I did a normal section 15 application. Letter from club and some range register pictures and specs in my motivation.
Approved, got card today. Collected Smith and spent some time at the range. I like it a lot. The trigger reset will take some getting used to but I am really happy. The slide release is very tight but workable.
